Description of site
The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to all agents, visitors to or users of www.aadyaetravel.com (the "Website" or "Aadya"). By accessing this Website, the user acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In the case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, Aadya reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the Laws of the India. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Delhi, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
General
1. It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide correct information such as name, age, date of journey, destination etc. in print (email/paper form/SMS) at the time of booking. Aadya e-Travel will not bear the responsibility for tickets issued based on incorrect information provided by the passenger and financial penalties resulting from issue of such ticket.
2. Any request for cancellation/rescheduling of tickets/bookings will be entertained subject to the rules for cancellation/rescheduling and revised pricing including cancellation charges, if any, provided by respective Airlines/ IRCTC/ Indian Railways/ Hotels/ Other parties.
3. Aadya e-Travel will not be responsible if the traveler is unable to undertake the journey or has to bear additional cost because of the following:
i. Any cancellation/rescheduling of flights/ trains ii. Ticket lost by the traveler iii. Any failure to comply with rules/procedures laid down by the Govt. authorities/respective carriers from time to time such as carrying of ID Card etc. iv. Disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, change in regulation or other causes beyond control
Refund Policy
1. Refund against cancellation / rescheduling / duplicate payments / other reasons, if any, will be made only on receipt of actual refund from the respective vendor. The refund amount is subject to the rules and policies of IRCTC/air carriers/hotels/others.
2. Aadya e-Travel will be under no obligation to make refund to the traveler, if the refund is not received from the respective vendor for whatever reason.
3. While all efforts are made to obtain the refund from respective vendors/parties, in some cases it may take up to several months to claim the refund.
4. In case of tour packages, refund will be made only on receipt of actual refund from ALL vendors.
5. Any service charges are non-refundable. An additional service/handling charge of Rs. 15/- per transaction will be applied against rail ticket cancellation. |
